Employees working with the new concept WFH are ready to work from home due to COVID-19, but from the inner heart, they do not like to work from home. In many cases, stress leads to obesity, increases the chances of heart diseases, high blood pressure and cholesterol, increase in levels of blood glucose, clog in arteries, all due to increase in intake of junk food and alcohol with no exercise.
