Abstract

Over the last decade, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is adopted by several firms because it contributes to the event and gain of the organization by reducing prices, facilitating information flow, and thereby serving to the unit of HR managers to require effective choices and gain a competitive advantage. Within the past few years, HRIS has been acting as a good tool for structure performance. The target of HRIS is to support creation, transfer, and application of knowledge associated with human resources or workers in organizations. Thus, effective development and implementation of HRIS need a foundation in manmade literatures. To be credible, HRIS analysis and development ought to conserve and construct upon the many literature works that exist in numerous, however, connected fields. This paper presents the functions, applications, and numerous ideas of HRIS with attention on its potential role in a corporation. Drawing upon the literature review and analysis of HRIS ideas, many necessary analysis problems encompassing the role of HRIS are mentioned.
