Role of Technological Innovation and Ethical AI Applications in Enhancing Academics Job Satisfaction at Private Universities in Bangladesh
Abstract
This research investigates the impact of technological innovations and application of ethical Artificial Intelligence (AI) in enhancing job satisfaction among academics at private universities in Bangladesh. With the rapid integration of AI in academic environments, including AI-driven learning management systems, administrative tools, and research support platforms, this study examines how these technologies alleviate academics workload, boost teaching efficiency, and improve work-life balance. In order to maintain confidence among academics, the study emphasizes the significance of ethical AI methods and the need for transparency, fairness, and bias mitigation. The paper examines the prospects and difficulties of implementing AI in higher education while upholding ethical standards, drawing from a review of the literature. It also provides actionable recommendations for private universities to leverage AI for professional development, career growth, and equitable decision-making. The findings suggest that AI, when ethically applied, can significantly improve academics satisfaction, thereby contributing to enhanced academic performance and institutional success. The possible advantages and difficulties of integrating AI in higher education are covered in the study. It specifically looks at how ethical AI might help academic institutions' inclusive decision-making procedures, career growth, and professional development. The paper provides useful suggestions for legislators and university administrators looking to implement ethical AI practices that respect academic integrity and institutional values. According to the findings, AI technologies have the potential to greatly increase academic staff happiness when used responsibly, which would boost institutional performance, creativity, and long-term success.
