Abstract

Work-life balance for employees is becoming increasingly vital, especially considering the COVID-19 pandemic. Juggling work and non-work life are the essence of work-life balance. It is the proportion of hours worked to hours available for other activities, such as socializing, learning new skills, and attending to family matters. This article aims to determine the degree to which flexible work arrangements affect employees’ work-life balance, the role of the organization, and the amount to which technology facilitates and eases this balance. Nowadays, it’s incredibly difficult to find a position that offers a balance between work and life. Overseeing The most challenging management tasks are those related to one’s personal and professional lives, which even the most accomplished individuals occasionally struggle to accomplish. Many business owners believe that for the nation’s economy to flourish, young people need to fully commit to the workforce and put in more than 12 hours a day at work. To determine if employees are satisfied with their jobs and personal lives, this study is crucial for modern entrepreneurs. This study is essential for advancing our understanding of the subject and could help the company establish a more productive and healthy work environment.
