Abstract

In this study “Digital Services Management and Remote Accessibility in Northern India’s Top NAAC- Accredited Academic Libraries” talks about top universities. The university are using digital tools and services. These technologies increase the user accessibility and productivity for library resources. This paper reveals the top ten NAAC- accredited universities, including Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), and Delhi University. This study is about on using descriptive and analytical approach. The paper data were collected by surveys, interviews, and secondary sources. The research findings reveal the use of digital resources like: Koha, D-Space, and EZ-proxy. These resources are managing and providing daily digital and remote services to their users. Whereas digital adoption is high, challenges like limited funding, poor connectivity, and low user awareness. Universities are progressively participating advanced tools such as AI, cloud computing, and mobile access. These services meet the needs of remote users. The study concludes that improving infrastructure, staff training, and digital literacy programs. These will further strengthen digital service management and accessibility in academic libraries.
