Abstract

This research paper explores the profound impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the field of Human Resources (HR). As organizations increasingly integrate AI technologies into their HR processes, it becomes imperative to understand the implications, challenges, and opportunities associated with this transformation. The study aims to provide insights into the evolving role of AI in HR and its effects on various aspects such as recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning. Through an in-depth analysis of existing literature and empirical research, the paper seeks to contribute to a comprehensive understanding of the dynamic relationship between AI and HR. The research delves into how AI is revolutionizing traditional HR functions, such as recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement. Automated recruitment processes, powered by (AI) algorithms, are not only expediting the hiring process but also improving the accuracy of candidate selection through data-driven insights. Additionally, AI-driven analytics are enabling HR professionals to gain deeper insights into employee performance, preferences, and potential, thereby facilitating more informed decision-making. However, the study also investigates the potential challenges and ethical considerations associated with the integration of (AI) in Human Resources. Furthermore, the study explores the need for HR professionals to adapt and improve their skills in response to the evolving technological landscape. It discusses the importance of human-centric approach to artificial Intelligence implementation, emphasizing the complementary nature of Artificial Intelligence and human capabilities in the workplace. The research underscores the transformative potential of artificial intelligence in reshaping HR practice while acknowledging the necessity for responsible and ethical development. By understanding the nuanced interplay between artificial intelligence and human resources, organizations can harness the benefits of technology to optimize human capital management in the contemporary workplace
